Synegra EMS Ltd, is a subsidiary of Smartlink Network Systems Ltd. Smartlink has over two decades of experience in manufacturing electronic products for the IT, networking and telecom industries. Its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Goa is highly flexible and versatile, and geared for delivering products of global quality while complying with tight delivery schedules. Our journey started in the year 1987, when we entered in Manufacturing Personal Computers space by establishing Wave Soldering (Dip Soldering) setup using Hollis USA Machine under name “Virtual Computers” Brand in Mumbai. In 1993 , we decided to enter in Manufacturing of Networking Products using Surface Mount Technology components and established a Factory in Goa by importing the First SMT line in India.
We are into Manufacturing since 3 decades for products like Motherboards, Add on Cards, Networking Products, Telecommunication products etc. The Plant is ISO 9001:2008, AS 9100:2009 and ISO 14001:2004 certified with production shop floors area of 1.20,000 Sq. Feet.Previously our plant had a manufacturing capacity of a larger volume as it had 8 SMT lines and 900 people. This has now come down to 2 SMT lines, with decline in Motherboards business due to industry trends. Along with this we have 2 Wave Smoldering machines, BGA Rework Machines, X-Ray machines, Solder Paste Z-Check, etc. Our plan is to invest in new, state-of-the-art manufacturing machines to cater to a larger manufacturing volume.
